+The Run PCA Dialog {{:sift_run_pca.png?30}} can be found on the main toolbar in Sift. This dialog allows you to generate new PCA results with custom names for selected data in Sift.
+The options are as follows:
+**PCA Name:** The name chosen for the PCA. \\
+**Number of PC's:** How many PC's you wish to display for the [[Sift:Application:Analyse_Page#Variance_Explained|Variance Explained]]. Defaults to 4. \\
+**Use workspace mean:** Lets you decide whether you want the mean workspace signals of the selected data to be used for you PCA analysis or not (which will use the raw traces). \\
