+This file must be present so Visual3d can write the manual scale factors used for the pelvis, thigh and tibia segments.
+In OpenSim 3.1, OpenSim did not read the scale factors exported from Visual3D. The XML files are read successfully in OpenSim 3.3. So if when using OpenSim 3.1, the user will need to manually enter the scale factors in OpenSim.
