in visual3d version 4 we have introduced a color scheme for animating forces.
force vectors:
the red arrow is the force on the force platforms.
the blue arrow is a force assignment (not necessarily related to a force platform) to a segment.
the orange arrow is a force on a force structures (e.g. a step).
the purpose was to make it easier to identify forces that were not assigned to segments.
note that an assigned force is not updated automatically when a force platform or structure (or their signals) are modified. it is necessary to recalc the workspace to update the assignments.
