Tutorial:Add_an_Image_to_a_Report

An image of the 3D skeleton may be added to a report by exporting an animation frame to image. This tutorial goes through the process of manually exporting an image and adding it to a report. Once the process is understood, the Tutorial:Add_an_Image_to_a_Report_Simple_Pipeline shows how to automate this process.

Tutorial:Add_an_Image_to_a_Report_Simple_Pipeline

This tutorial reviews a basic script which can be used to export images from the 3D viewer and add these images to a report.

Tutorial:Add_an_Image_to_a_Report_Advanced_Pipeline

Tutorial:Add_an_Image_to_a_Report_Advanced_Pipeline

This tutorial reviews an advanced script which adds an image from each of three sequential numbered trials with the images position on the page based on the number in the name of the c3d file. This example requires thorough knowledge of how to export images and use of the For_Each command.

Horizontal Bar Graph

2D Horizontal Bar

Draw a horizontal bar graph to indicate ON/OFF for control EMG data.

Other Examples

Changing the colors of lines in graphs

Changing the colors of lines in graphs. For example, plot both left and right knee flexion on the same graph but both sets of data should be different colors.

Graph mean and standard deviation from a p2d file

How do I graph the mean and standard deviation from a p2d file?

Create a mean signal that contains data from both the left and right sides

Create a mean signal that contains data from both the left and right sides of the body.

Find the signal that is most representative of a set of signals

Find the signal that is most representative of a set of signals. This implementation is based on the following article: Shadmehr R and Mussa-Ivaldi FA (1994) Adaptive Representation of Dynamics during Learning of a Motor Task. J. Neuroscience 14(5), pp 3208-3224.
