Fujitsu
Fujitsu Human Motion Analytics utilizes high-precision skeletal recognition using markerless motion capture technology. This platform supports the measurement of motion across various domains, such as sports, healthcare, rehabilitation, and workplace ergonomics. Fujitsu HMA exports motion capture data in BVH (Biovision Hierarchy) format. The exported BVH files preserve both the hierarchical skeletal structure and the time-series motion data. The joint rotations in the BVH format are extracted and converted into 4×4 ROTATION matrices, representing each segment's full pose (orientation and position) for each frame.
The ROTATION signals can be seen in their own folder within the data tree when a bvh file is loaded into Visual3D.
When the BVH file is imported into Visual3D, the model is automatically built. The KINETIC_KINEMATIC folder in the data tree contains folders for each segment of the model that is automatically built.
Fujitsu in Sift
To import .bvh files into SIFT, use the HMA Builder, as outlined in Building CMZs.
