In OpenSim 3.1, OpenSim did not read the scale factors exported from Visual3D. The XML files are read successfully in OpenSim 3.3. So if when using OpenSim 3.1, the user will need to manually enter the scale factors in OpenSim. The OpenSim_Scal_Factors pipeline can be used to calculate the scale factors in Visual3D and export the scale factors to a text file for the user.
