Append a saved report layout template.
Append_Report_Template ! /REPORT_TEMPLATE= ;
When the command executes a new Pipeline Parameter is created automatically.
EXISTING_NUM_REPORT_PAGES
This parameter contains the number of pages in the previously existing report.
This allows users to recognize the new page numbers in the appended report template.
