The Run PCA Dialog 
can be found on the main toolbar in Sift. This dialog allows you to generate new PCA results with custom names for selected data in Sift.
The PCA Name entry is where you choose the name for the current PCA.
The Number of PC's defaults to 4. This is how many PC's you wish to display for the Variance Explained.
The use workspace mean check box lets you decide whether you want the mean workspace signals of the selected data to be used for you PCA analysis or not.
