| Note: This saves the work as an I3D file which is an XML file. If you have excluded data, keep in mind that your CMZ files are out of sync with your I3D workspace at this point (so if you re-queried the data, you would need to exclude the traces again). To avoid the CMZ files being out of sync with the I3D workspace, you can use the Pipeline function to update the CMO's at any point.
